A handcrafted statement pendant made in the UK, a genuine blue storm agate oval stone, set landscape across the pendant and wire-encased in oxidised copper with a woven bail and a decorative swish of copper balls.

Moody blues and swirling greys move through this striking storm agate stone like a sky before a storm, deep, atmospheric, and endlessly captivating. The genuine oval stone is set horizontally, sitting wide across the chest rather than dropping vertically, giving the pendant a bold, distinctive silhouette. Encased in raw copper wire treated with liver of sulphur for a rich, dark earthy finish, the bail is woven with fine copper wire and finished with a decorative swish of copper balls sweeping around it, combining two different textures for a rich, layered detail that frames the stone beautifully.

Design Notes

The storm agate oval is encased in raw copper wire and set horizontally, wider than it is tall, for a distinctive landscape silhouette. The bail is woven with fine copper wire, with a decorative swish of copper balls sweeping around it, adding contrasting texture and movement. The copper is treated with liver of sulphur to force natural oxidisation. Copper will naturally darken further over time and can be buffed with a wire brush to restore its warmth. As each piece is made around a unique stone, no two pendants are ever the same.
