DELIVERY

Processing Times We are a small handmade business and we love what we do! We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them. Occasionally during busy periods or holidays this may take a little longer, we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Please note: Sterling silver and fine silver necklaces, bracelets, and large pendants (over 7.78 grams) are required by UK law to be Hallmarked before dispatch. This process can take up to 4 weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

UK Delivery We dispatch all UK orders via Royal Mail:

• Orders under £70 — 2nd Class (3–5 business days)
• Orders over £70 — Special Delivery (next working day, fully tracked and insured)

International Delivery We deliver worldwide! International orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please allow 7–30 days for delivery depending on your destination.

International postage charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Import Duty & Customs Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, except for orders to the USA where import costs are included in your postage charge.
