Delivery
We are open Monday to Sunday and do our best to pack all orders within 48–72 hours of receiving them, though occasionally busy days or holidays may mean a short delay and other times we get them out super quick!
We dispatch UK orders via Royal Mail 2nd Class for orders under £60. Orders over £60, and all sterling or fine silver necklaces, are sent by Special Delivery. Original paintings by Mark Betson are carefully packaged and sent via a tracked and insured service.
Please note: Sterling and fine silver necklace, bracelet and large pendant orders (over 7.78 grams) must be sent to the Edinburgh Assay Office to be hallmarked after they have been made. For this reason, please allow up to 4 weeks for despatch on these items.
Overseas Deliveries
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world! When checking out, select your destination and the additional charge for tracked and signed-for postage will be added automatically. Please allow 7–30 days for delivery depending on your location. Original artwork sent overseas will be carefully packaged and sent via a tracked and insured international service, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm postage costs for larger pieces.
Import Duty
Where customs import duties apply, these are the customer's responsibility on arrival. Please note that American tariff charges are included in your postage cost.

Returns
Your Legal Rights
When you buy goods from a UK business, you have a number of rights as a consumer under law. These include the right to claim a refund or replacement where goods are faulty or misdescribed. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt by calling +44 (0)7778 397364 or emailing spiralesdargent@gmail.com.
Our Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied when your order arrives, please contact us within 14 days and we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
Please note that original paintings are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged. In the event of damage in transit, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Packaging & Our Plastic Promise
Here at Spirales we take great pride in our products and go to great lengths to make sure they reach you in pristine condition, but we are also very aware that plastic is not always desirable.
We gift wrap every jewellery order free of charge in recyclable or reusable materials. At the moment we favour a simple, elegant look of brown paper with a purple ribbon. Mark's paintings are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
We do use padded envelopes as a cost-effective protective layer for posting jewellery, but we hope you'll find a way to reuse them! We are advocates of refill shops and a plastic-free lifestyle, and we try hard to pass this on through our business.

What is your delivery time?
We aim to pack orders within 72 hours of receiving them (Monday–Sunday). Small UK orders are sent by 2nd Class or Special Delivery. Original artwork is sent via a tracked and insured service. If you need something urgently, drop us an email and we'll do our best!
Most sterling and fine silver orders need to be hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office after they are made, please allow up to 4 weeks for these orders. Overseas customers should allow 7–30 days depending on location.
Do you offer free delivery?
No, there is a postage charge on all orders. For larger original paintings, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best and most cost-effective postage option for you.
I need it urgently!
I don't drink Redbull but I do often seem to have wings! If you really need something by a particular date, please add a note in the comments field at checkout or email spiralesdargent@gmail.com after placing your order. We can't promise 100% success, particularly if the item needs to be made and hallmarked, but we will certainly try our best.
Are the paintings originals?
Yes! Every painting by Mark Betson listed on this website, in the Originals Collection, is a unique, one-of-a-kind original. Once sold, it will be marked as unavailable. Where prints or reproductions are available, these are listed separately and clearly labelled.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days at spiralesdargent@gmail.com or +44 (0)7778 397364 and we will do everything we can to resolve it. Please note that original paintings are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
Can I return something I bought at a market or show?
In the first instance, please return the item to the stall or venue where you purchased it, along with your proof of purchase and original packaging. If the matter remains unresolved, please do feel free to contact us directly.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally! We keep our prices as low as possible so that everyone can enjoy our work. If you have purchased before and have joined our email subscribers list, we may send you an email with a special offer from time to time. Any discounts will also be posted on our website.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world. Orders are sent tracked and signed for as standard, simply add your destination at checkout. Please allow 7–30 days for delivery. Any local customs taxes are your responsibility on arrival, with the exception of American tariff charges which are included in your postage cost.
