RETURNS & REFUNDS

Your Legal Rights When you buy goods from a UK business, you have a number of rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These include:

• The right to a refund, repair, or replacement where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
• The right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling off period), and a further 14 days to return the item

Please note: custom or personalised made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cooling off period under UK law.

Returning an Item

• Items must be returned unused and unworn, in their original condition, within 14 days of notifying us
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or misdescribed
• Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the item to your original payment method within 14 days
• Original postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or misdescribed

Original Artwork Please note that original paintings are non-refundable once a signed purchase agreement has been completed, unless the item arrives damaged or is misdescribed.
